Dr. Violeta Cone holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical and Counseling Psychology, both from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridsky.” The focus of her scholarly work has been empathy and its role in professional helping. She is a psychologist with experience in social work, counseling, and teaching. Dr. Cone is passionate about building up students as holistic helpers who acknowledge the image of God in everyone they serve. She lives in Lincoln, Illinois with her husband and children.
