Lincoln Christian University offers the AS in Science to prepare Christians with an interest in careers in a medical or science related fields. The program provides students with a strong foundation in the biological sciences, while at the same time nurturing their Christian growth and spiritual development. Students with an AS in Science can transfer to a 4-year university to earn a bachelor’s in science or train for a career in an allied health profession. A myriad of career paths exist within the allied health field, such as physical and occupational therapy, medical technicians, pharmacy assistants, and imaging specialists, just to name a few. The Bureau of Labor Statistics expects employment in these occupations to grow 18% by 2026, adding about 2.4 million new jobs. , https://www.bls.gov/ooh/
