Dovie (Estep) Hacker, LCU ’13, and her husband Joseph, opened Jo Jo’s Street Quisine in January, 2016 in Springfield, IL
with Chef JoJo Solomon, former Executive Chef at Island Bay Yacht Club. It won the Downtown Springfield, Inc.’s “Best New Restaurant” award at their annual event January 18, 2017. The restaurant features street cuisine from around the world.
