Rhonda J. Clark Kraft, LCC ’72-’74, passed away on March 25, 2016, at Memorial Medical Center in Springfield, IL after a courageous battle with ovarian cancer.
Rhonda was a devoted homemaker and mother. She loved spending time with her family and friends. Rhonda wore many hats, including librarian, substitute teacher, branch office administrator for Edward Jones, student (she expanded her long-time interest in nature and horticulture by earning a master’s degree in Environmental Studies), animal lover, volunteer and guide. She enjoyed poetry, philosophy, playing the piano, home improvement projects, and working in her yard. In recent years she learned a great deal about health and diet issues related to her fight with cancer. She is survived by her three children, a grandson, her mother and step-father, several siblings, and her former husband. The funeral service was held on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at Lincoln Christian Church in Lincoln, IL.
