Senior Minister

Antioch Christian, a 165 year-old congregation, located in the small town of Oconee, Washington County, Georgia, seeks a senior minister.  We have well-maintained facilities and no debt. The candidate will need to be balanced and willing to work in all aspects of the ministry: preaching, visiting, counseling, outreach, coordination and training of leaders, assisting with and planning church programs. The candidate will need the ability to deal with a wide range of age groups.

Qualifications must include a degree from a college or university affiliated with the Christian Church/Churches of Christ, strong skills in both oral and written communications, a consistent prayer life, and a passion to reach the lost in the surrounding community. Modern well-maintained, parsonage available near the church.  Salary and benefits will be depend upon candidate and qualifications.
