The Worship Minister will primarily be responsible for Sunday gatherings, particularly through the musical and production elements, by leading and equipping the congregation and volunteers to worship God with their lives. He or she will focus on raising up multi-generational volunteers, training and reproducing leaders for future multiplication, discipleship, and other pastoral care elements, as they help shepherd the church family into greater Christlikeness, mainly through the means of worship.
Bachelor Creek is in the beginning stages of an AVL overhaul. We are committed to make our online and in-person gatherings be the best they can be. Our hope is to create environments where people are equipped and encouraged to have meaningful moments of worship and growth each and every Sunday.
