Wanted: Worship Leader
Growing, evangelical, non-denominational church in Winston-Salem, NC is searching for a Worship Leader for a part-time position. (10-15 hours/week) We are looking for someone with a heart for worship and leading a church in worship; helping them experience the joy of knowing and loving God. (Psalm 68:3)
The following qualifications are required:
– A life transforming, personal relationship with Jesus Christ
– Authentic – team builder – encouraging – selfless
– A desire to be part of a leadership team to help guide and lead the church
Ability to …
– lead a vibrant congregation in worship (A Lead Worshipper)
– lead, develop & disciple a worship/tech team (musically & spiritually)
– recruit additional musicians, building a full band of diverse and talented artists
– assist with worship planning
– use planning technology to communicate and coordinate the worship service with the various teams.
– work with volunteers and team leaders in the tech areas (sound, lights, visual arts)
Familiarity with/willingness to learn…
– ProPresenter
– Digital Audio Engineering (We use Behringer X32)
– Live Streaming Software (We use Wirecast)
– MultiTracks
– LightKey
Worship influences include Phil Wickham, Brandon Lake, Hillsong, Passion, Elevation Worship.
