Since February of 2005, Randy and Nancy Pim have served faithfully as our Executive Director and Office Manager. When they arrived at Allendale there was a succession plan in place that provided some time of transition between Randy and previous director, Bob Carver. In the fall of 2021 Randy shared with the Camp Board of the Pim’s desire to conclude their time of service here in the fall of 2024.
Over the course of the last twelve months the Board has spent many hours in prayer and conversations with year-round staff, volunteer program directors, and key friends of the camp to determine what the camp should look for in a new Executive Director. The ultimate goal is to select a new Director that can continue the rich tradition of a quality camping program and is equipped to lead the camp to even greater success in its ministry.
