Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Christian college;
• Ability and desire to communicate God’s Word with application relevant to present time;
• Able to motivate and lead volunteers in areas of church ministries;
• Desire to minister to the needs of the congregation by developing a personal relationship with members;
o In addition – counseling, outreach, calling on members and nonmembers;
• Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties;
• Experience with teen youth is desirable;
• Be willing to support local Ministerial Association;
• Technology experience.
