MINISTER POSITION – FULL TIME
CURTISVILLE CHRISTIAN CHURCH

Curtisville Christian Church, a small independent, non-denominational church
in Tipton County, Indiana, is searching for a full-time minister to lead and shepherd
their congregation.

We are centrally located between the communities of Elwood, Tipton, Kokomo, and
Anderson, approximately 1 hour north of Indianapolis. 737 N 600 E, Elwood, IN 46036

The congregation affirms its belief in the New Testament pattern
of ministry, with a history dating back to 1910.

Our church worship style is basically traditional, but our music is a mix
of traditional and modern.

The members of our small congregation are friendly and welcoming,
love Jesus and each other, and we are eager to welcome our new
minister and family to our church family and community.

The ministerial candidate should have the following qualifications:
Love the Lord with all your heart
Be an ordained minister of the Gospel
Must align with our church purpose and vision
Ability to lead and inspire others
Ability to minister to all ages
Have a compassionate and empathetic nature
Have a vision for church growth

RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide Bible-based, Christ-centered sermons, lessons, and program suggestions
for regular services and ministry of the congregation
– Head up activities and programs that will grow and promote a strong foundation
for the youth of the church and the surrounding area.
– Give a high priority to calling on the sick and shut-ins of the Church as well as
calling on prospective members of the Church.
– Responsible for publishing Sunday morning bulletins.
