First Pres is a 3,100 member, 5-generation congregation in the heart of Colorado Springs. We are looking for an individual with high standards of excellence and commitment to hospitality who can create welcoming environments. This person will recruit, train, and deploy volunteer teams, especially around Sunday morning worship. This person will also champion the guest assimilation process as they help guests discover their place at First Pres and the next step in their faith journey.
Our desire is that everyone who walks through our doors would feel comfortable, navigate the campus unencumbered, and would easily take a “next step.” If you love creating welcoming environments, inspiring and rallying volunteers around a mission, and have an eye for connecting people and systems with a broader vision we look forward to hearing from you!
