Associate Campus Minister

Impact Campus Ministries is seeking to hire a full-time Associate Campus Minister for our team at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) in Fort Myers, FL. Our campus ministries are built on the premise that true success is developing “intimacy with God” (a personal, real, dynamic relationship with God through faith in Jesus). We do this by pursuing it ourselves, modeling it, and purposefully teaching it to university students across America. The ministry in Fort Myers has a strong mentoring program where students can be discipled by staff and local volunteers.

We are looking for someone who has a heart for university students, a growing pursuit of God, and highly values serving the university community and working with volunteers. This individual should be willing to engage with various types of people and able to manage multiple projects at once. The focus of this job is making sincere connections with students, motivating and inspiring them to pursue Jesus Christ.
Strong communication skills, decision-making skills, and the ability to take initiative and be self-directed are critical to accomplishing the goals of this role. A willingness to raise funds is required. This position has opportunity for advancement.
