Communications & Operations Manager

To advance the purpose of InterVarsity, this position will provide project management and operational support to the assigned supervisor within InterVarsity’s Ministry Partnership Development Department.  This position will provide organizational support, project and process leadership, and communication with multiple leaders as well as new staff across our movement to support our new staff support-raising process. This job will involve creation of effective systems, financial management and data analysis as well as relationship-building with key stakeholders. We need someone who has both strong relational and communication skills with effective, timely execution.
