Preaching Minister

New Castle Christian Church in New Castle, Virginia is seeking a full-time minister. We are a small rural community in the mountains of western Virginia about 30 miles from Roanoke.

This is a full-time position, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

·        Preaching two Sunday morning services (contemporary and traditional)

·        Establishing and leading a Sunday evening study/prayer/worship time

·        Establishing and leading a Bible study time one evening each week

·        Assist in growing our youth ministry

·        Visiting shut-ins at home and in nearby facilities as needed

·        Maintaining availability through regular office hours and by phone

·        Taking part in most church activities

This will be a shared leadership between yourself and the elders. We need your help in growing a congregation of believers who love GOD, love others and seek to be disciples as we are making new disciples.
