Northern Hills Christian Church is an Independent Church associated with the Restoration
Movement. We are located in the northern suburbs of Cincinnati, north of Cincinnati proper and
inside the I-275 loop. We are a committed church family that is dedicated to making and training
disciples of Jesus Christ. During the pandemic our Associate/Youth Minister took a Senior Minister
position in another church. He had been on staff for over twenty years. Sufficient time has passed
and we are now well positioned to take on a full-time staff member who will work with our Jr/Sr
High Youth and function as an Associate Minister.
We presently have a full-time Senior Minister, part-time Children’s Director, part-time Worship
Leader, and part-time Secretary. Sunday Morning attendance is 150. We have a committed core of
families and a growing number of youth. We have recently paid off our mortgage and are financially
stable. Our leadership believes that we are well-positioned for growth. We need a qualified
individual to join us in this fulfilling work.
We are looking for someone who is a serious-minded co-worker who will disciple our youth and
assist our Senior Minister. Applicants should submit a detailed resume and work history with a
minimum of three personal references. Cincinnati is highly rated for its low cost of housing and low
cost of living. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.
