Senior/Lead Minister

Plainfield Christian Church, located in beautiful West Michigan, is beginning the search to fill the role of senior minister! PCC’s current senior minister of 27 years, will be retiring in 2025. We know 2025 is a long way off, but we want to start the search now and have time for the new senior minister to work with our current senior minister and staff. 

PCC is a congregation with an average of 250 in weekly attendance, and we’re looking to grow in the rapidly growing Grand Rapids area. The new senior minister would be working/leading three full-time ministers and a part-time office administrator/volunteer coordinator. And the position will be a salary range of $68,000-90,000 (based on experience, education, etc.)
