The Foundry, in Burke, VA is in search of our first Associate Minister of Youth and Family. We are in search of a creative, passionate, and educated leader who is called to live and minister in a diverse, dynamic, and expanding area of the county. The Foundry is looking for someone who wants to grow relationally, spiritually, and professionally. We seek to bring in an adaptable self-starter who will collaborate to forge a no-matter what, no-matter where culture that inspires children of all ages and families to forge a life-long reliance on God. This position reports directly to the Lead Pastor. Salary is commensurate with age and experience (and will include health, retirement, housing allowance, and expense account).
