We are a multisite church family based in Watseka, IL and seeking a shepherd to provide the primary pastoral care of our most recent campus addition. You will raise up, train, and multiply appropriate leaders and participants in all appropriate areas of ministry to fulfill the mission and vision of Trinity Church.
We see a best fit to be a motivated people person with an entrepreneurial spirit who will seek to contextualize ministry while working with a proven model and larger staff team for support and encouragement.
