Tyler A. Stewart is the assistant professor of New Testament at Lincoln Christian University. He loves the work of teaching Christian leaders to know and love the New Testament. Tyler holds a PhD in Judaism and Christianity in Antiquity from Marquette University. He has published several academic articles and his first book comes out this year. In addition to his academic work, Tyler is committed to the church, serving in paid and unpaid ministry roles at churches large and small in Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin and Texas. He has traveled throughout the world to teach and preach.
His greatest joy is his family, his wife Margo and their four children. When he’s not with playing with his kids or spending time watching basketball and football with his wife, Tyler likes to read and run. As far as reading goes, he likes novels, memoirs, and journalism. His running is slow but his Marathon time is faster than Will Ferrell or Oprah Winfrey.
